Are you a goot citizen...

Soo in order for me to get my Thai visa...I have to get a "good citizen" report from the NYC Police Department... Got me thinking...Am I a good citizen?? I mean I recycle, help the elderly cross the street, help lost tourists find their way, and don't jump the turnstile so I guess I'm a good citizen. I hope they dont count my parking tickets against me..ha. But basically the report states that I am not a criminal...so no worries there!
